Objectives of this role:

The objective of a Sales Executive/Sales Associates role is to promote products or services over the phone and email to generate sales, secure appointments, or gather information from potential customers.

• Sales Generation: Drive sales growth by reaching out to prospective customers and converting leads into actual sales.
• Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential customers based on their interest and ability to purchase, ensuring a higher conversion rate.
• Customer Relationship Building: Establish rapport and build relationships with potential customers, fostering trust and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
