This course, “Enterprise Architecture Core” also refer to as “Architecture Core”, is designed to equip you with the essential knowledge, skills and a variety of tools and resources that to enhance your proficiency in applying the business modelling techniques and tools, developing the business case for enterprise IT solutions, developing roadmap for IT solutions and the designing, and developing enterprise architecture blueprint. Upon completion of Enterprise Architecture Core, you will be ready for CITA-Foundation certification. The CITA-Foundation certification demonstrates that you are on this path and that you are taking the necessary steps to become a fully qualified architect. CITAFoundation is a certification passable on the international labor market. So far, more than 3,500 professionals around the world have been certified.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Learners should be able to:
• Read, write and speak English at WSQ WPL Level 6
• Manipulate numbers at WPN Level 6
• Communicate effectively and able to engage in classroom discussion
• Present effectively
• Required experience: At least 2 years work experience in a business and/or IT environment or graduated from a business/ IT/ engineering discipline.

5 Days

CLASS SIZE
The recommended class size for this WSQ Course is a maximum of 20 participants. The minimum class size is 5 participants

TRAINING
A practical-oriented training approach is used in the delivery of this course, which may include the following:
• Interactive Mini-Lecture
• Peer Sharing
• Group Discussion & Presentation
• Case Study
• Reflective Practice

ASSESSMENT 
All the knowledge and abilities in this course will be assessed. The assessment may consist of a combination of the following methods:
• Oral Questioning
• Case Study
Participants must complete all assessment on an individual basis.

MODE OF TRAINING
Classroom

CERTIFICATION
Learners who have met a minimum of 75% attendance and certified competent for the assessment will receive:
• Certificate of Completion by ATD Solution
• Statement of Attainment (SOA) by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)

Training Benefits

On successful completion of this course, learners will acquire the essential knowledge and application skills to develop Enterprise Architecture blueprints by utilising business modelling techniques/tools and analyse critical elements of an enterprise structure, including capabilities, governance structure, and business processes.

• Architecture Engagement: understanding the role and how architects engage
• Architecture Demand: discovering ways to understand the demands of the business
• Architecture Supply: Fulfilling that demand and delivering the architecture
• Architecture Practice: How best to build the practice of architecture within your organization

Funding Details

* Self-sponsored individuals must be at least 21 years old.

1. SkillsFuture Credit (SFC): All Singaporeans aged 25 and above can use their $500 SkillsFuture Credit from the government to pay for a wide range of approved skills related courses. Visit the SkillsFuture Credit website (https://www.skillsfuture.gov.sg/Credit) to choose from the courses available on the Training Exchange course directory.

2. SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC): Eligible employers will receive a one-off S$10,000 credit to cover up to 90% of out-of-pocket expenses. To find out more about SFEC, visit https://www.skillsfuture.gov.sg/sfec.

3. Absentee Payroll: With effect from 1 Jan 2022, SSG introduce a fixed Absentee Payroll (AP) rate at $4.50 per hour, capped at $100,000 per enterprise per calendar year. Refer to the link here for more information on Absentee Payroll.
