Job Summary:

The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing IT projects to ensure they meet business objectives, timelines, and budgets. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to drive successful project delivery.

Job Description:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Identify and mitigate risks while resolving project issues proactively.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise IT strategy, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage project documentation and ensure proper handover upon completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
