Designed for senior business and technology leaders, the three-day executive programme focuses on the strategic decisions required to move from AI ambition to enterprise-wide execution.
Participants will explore how to align AI with business strategy, prioritise opportunities, establish appropriate governance and operating models, and translate strategic priorities into an actionable implementation roadmap. The programme is designed to help leaders leave with clearer direction across AI vision, opportunities, governance, operating models, implementation and measurable business outcomes.
