Corporate Membership Programme Terms and Conditions

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”) GOVERN PARTICIPATION IN THE CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMME (“MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMME”) OFFERED BY [ATD SOLUTION (S) PTE LTD] AND [ATD SOLUTION SDN BHD] (“ATD SOLUTION”). BY ENROLLING IN A MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMME, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS.


Please read this carefully before you submit the membership application.


1. Corporate Membership

  • Available to registered companies.
  • One corporate account, identified by a unique company registration number may include multiple employees.
  • A designated company representative must act as the primary contact person.


2. Discount Tier Structure

  • Discount eligibility is accumulative over a 12-month period, based on total qualifying course enrollments within the same calendar year.
  • Accumulated course enrollments will reset on the anniversary of the membership’s activation.
  • Accumulated course enrollments and associated discounts are only valid within the country in which the membership was originally registered.
  • Discounts are not transferable or applicable across different countries.


3. Eligibility and Enrollment

  • ATD Solution reserves the right to reject or revoke membership at its discretion.


4. Duration and Renewal

  • Membership is valid for 12 months from the membership approval date.
  • Renewal reminders will be issued approximately 30 days prior to expiry.
  • Any accrued discount level resets upon renewal.


5. Limitations and Exclusions

  • Discounts do not apply to promotional bundles or flash sales, unless otherwise stated.
  • Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless specified.
  • Funded courses where discounting is not permitted by the terms of the funding


6. Termination and Suspension

  • ATD Solution reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership without notice if:

- Fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected
- The member is in breach of these Terms

  • Any accrued discounts will be forfeited upon termination.


7. Amendments to Terms

  • ATD Solution reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
  • Any significant changes will be communicated via email or official Company channels.


8. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the membership is registered.


9. Use of Personal Information

  • ATD Solution respects our customers' privacy and will only collect and use personal information for purposes related to the administration of the Membership Programme.
  • This includes communication about the membership, access to benefits, updates, and relevant offers.
  • All personal details will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
  • You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or removal of your personal data from our records.
