Synopsis

Enterprise Architecture leaders in the age of digital transformation need to expand their knowledge outside the parameters of the innovation project. They must be able to align the business objectives, manage the project's complexity, and build stronger business capabilities.

Co-organized by IASA Malaysia Chapter and the IASA Japan Chapter, this training program is designed to empower EA leaders and practitioners by equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop a robust and efficient business and IT architecture. It offers a high-level understanding of Enterprise Architecture (EA), with specific emphasis on the initial Phases A and B according to TOGAF ADM. It comprises 12 interactive workshops that enable participants to become well-versed in utilizing tools for identifying and modeling business situations and requirements, which are fundamental skills for any strategist.
