This course clearly presents standardised EA diagrams to visualise, describe, and analyse the full spectrum of architecture domains, along with their interdependencies and relationships. Learners will explore the principles and concepts of the ArchiMate® 3 EA notational language and apply them within The Open Group TOGAF® standard framework. This methodology enables architects to represent the views and concerns of all stakeholders, particularly those impacted by change, in order to enhance business efficiency.

  • Understand the core concepts of ArchiMate® 3 and apply them within the context of the TOGAF® standard.
  • Explore the aspects and layers in ArchiMate® 3 (Application, Business, Technology) and their inter-relationships.

  • Model cross-layer dependencies by linking business, application, and technology.

Pre-requisites:

  • TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Foundation and Practitioner (highly recommended)

 

Learners should be able to:

  • Communicate effectively and able to engage in classroom discussion
  • Present effectively

 

Certification:

Learners who have met a minimum of 75% attendance, and passed the ArchiMate® Enterprise Architecture Part 1 and Part 2 Exams will receive:

  • Certificate of Completion by ATD Solution
  • The Open Group Certified ArchiMate® Enterprise Architecture Foundation and Digital Badge
  • The Open Group Certified ArchiMate® Enterprise Architecture Practitioner and Digital Badge

Assessment:

  • ArchiMate® 3 Part 1 – 40 multiple-choice questions in 1 hour.

1.1 IBF-STS (SELF-SPONSORED)  

FUNDING VALIDITY PERIOD: 12 July, 2021 – 11 July, 2026 

ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS 

  • Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents, physically based in Singapore; and 
  • Successfully completed IBF-STS accredited course (including passing all relevant assessments and examinations).

1.2 SKILLSFUTURE CREDIT 

  • Singapore citizens aged 25 or above: initial S$ 1000 payable by SkillsFuture credit. 

1.3 NTUC UTAP 

  • NTUC members enjoy 50% unfunded course fee support funding up to $500 per individual each year, capped at 50% of unfunded course fees. 
  • UTAP funding support extension for the period of 1 April 2023 – 31 March 2025. (2 years). 
  • Paid-up union membership before course commencement, throughout the whole course duration, and at the point of claim.   
  • Course by training provider must be supported under UTAP, and training must commence within the supported period.   
  • The course must not be funded through company sponsorship or other types of funding   
  • Member must achieve a minimum of 75% attendance for each application and sat for all prescribed examination(s), if any. 
  • UTAP application must be submitted within 6 months after course completion
