This course explores the application of skills from the five foundational pillars of the IASA Business Technology Architecture Body of Knowledge (BTABoK) competency model, alongside key architecture concepts, scopes, principles, contexts, and roles. It also delves into setting up and managing an IT Architecture Office (ITAO), selecting and prioritising IT projects, and collaborating with the Project Management Office, all while effectively representing technology values to stakeholders.

 

You’ll Learn How To:

  • Deliver technology strategy values and IT Architecture Return on Investment (ITA-RoI) modelling.
  • Select and prioritise IT Architecture projects based on business cases.
  • Create and review business cases with a focus on tangible and intangible values.
  • Develop IT Architecture Blueprints for both Generic and Specific IT Architecture, addressing stakeholder concerns.
  • Manage IT Architecture deliverables and oversee life cycle processes with effective stakeholder communication.

A: This course focuses on the five foundational pillars of the IASA Business Technology Architecture Body of Knowledge (BTABoK). A: Yes. HRD Corp–registered companies can claim up to 100% of course fees under the HRD Corp SBL-Khas Scheme. In addition, eligible Bumiputera participants can benefit from the Yayasan Peneraju Silver Package, which provides up to RM15,000 per course for approved training and certifications.
