One key opportunity programme available to businesses in Singapore is Architecting Digital Transformation Programme that can be funded by NTUC CTC Grant, which is designed to support enterprise and workforce transformation.
In February 2022, the Government allocated S$100 million to the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) to expand Company Training Committees (CTCs). This funding is part of NTUC’s commitment to driving productivity, job redesign, and enhancing work prospects. If your organization is looking to transform business processes, redefine job roles, and boost productivity, this grant can co-fund up to 70% of your project costs.
Key Highlights of the NTUC CTC Grant:
- Enterprise Transformation: Enhance business capabilities, drive innovation, and improve overall productivity through transformational initiatives.
- Workforce Transformation: Elevate the careers of Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents by implementing job redesign or wage increases. Applicants must commit to at least one of the following outcomes: wage increases or implementing a Career Development Plan (CDP) communicated to staff.
What Does the NTUC CTC Grant Support?
Eligible items under the grant must be directly related to transformation plans aimed at achieving better outcomes for workers and businesses. These include:
- Equipment and software purchases, along with relevant OEM/software training.
- Consultancy services to guide your transformation.
Who Can Apply?
Entities legally registered or incorporated in Singapore, such as companies, societies, non-profit organizations, and social service agencies, are welcome to apply. Please note that government bodies, statutory boards, and wholly-owned government subsidiaries are not eligible.
Funding Support:
The CTC Grant provides up to 70% funding for qualifying project costs. The funding amount is assessed based on the strength of the business transformation plan and its impact on worker outcomes.
If your business is ready to embark on a transformative journey, ATD Solution is here to guide you through the process. Let us help you leverage this grant to achieve sustainable success for your enterprise and workforce.
