2. Course Information

3. Confirmation of Registration

Course confirmation and details will be sent prior to the course.


4. e-Attendance Taking via SingPass App

From 1 October 2023, it is mandatory to take e-attendance via SingPass App as the default attendance-taking mode for all SSG and IBF funded courses.

Please ensure that your SingPass account has been set up and SingPass app has been downloaded to your mobile before attending the training.


5. Payment Terms

Full payment must be made prior to the course. Certification or exam voucher will be issued upon full payment.


6. Withdrawal, Substitutions and Postponement

For withdrawal, please fill in the soft copy of the Course Withdrawal Form and return the completed form to train@atdsolution.com.

For withdrawal received more than 10 working days prior to the course:

  • 0% cancellation fee will apply.

For withdrawal received less than 5 working days prior to the course:

  • 50% cancellation fee will apply.

For withdrawal received less than 3 working days prior to the course:

  • 70% cancellation fee will apply.

For withdrawal received within 24 hours of the course:

  • 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Substitutes are welcomed at no additional charge. Enrolment form must be received at least 5 working days prior to the current course commencements date.

Postponement is allowed at no additional charge. The request must be received at least 5 working days before the class. Participants need to provide reasons for the postponement.


7. Funding Supports and Claims

Our training programs are eligible for SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) Funding and IBF Standards Training Scheme ("IBF-STS"). Kindly refer to https://atdsolution.com/grants-subsidies/ for more information.

Please submit the Student Enrolment Form at least 5 working days prior to the course commencements date.


8. Fee Liability

Participants who apply for funding shall pay for the unsubsidised course fees.

In the event the funding has not been approved or partially subsidised, participants will be held liable for the full / remaining course fees.


9. Appeal

For appeals against assessment results, candidates are required to complete a formal appeal form within 14 working days after the release of exam results.

A non-refundable appeal fee should accompany the appeal form:

  • S$50.00 exclude GST

Notification on the outcome of the appeal will be within 16 working days from the date of receipt of appeal via email.


10. Feedback and Complaint

Participant who wishes to make a complaint or give feedback must fill in the General Feedback form.

Participant will receive acknowledgement email upon receipt of this form. The notification on the outcome will be via email within 14 working days from receipt of the completed feedback form.

11. Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property Rights in the course materials and the speeches made by trainers are the property of ATD Solution (S) Pte Ltd.

You are not authorised to:

(i) Copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-license, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Course Materials without prior written permission.

(ii) Record, capture, or relay any part of the training sessions without prior written consent.

(iii) Use the Course Materials in the provision of any other course or training.

(iv) Remove any copyright, trademarks or notices from the Course Materials.

(v) Reverse engineer any software used in the training programmes.


12. Liability

ATD Solution will not be responsible for any damage caused by computer viruses from software installed on customer systems.


13. Severability

If any provision is found invalid under applicable law, it shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions.


14. Equipment

ATD Solution bears no responsibility for students’ personal equipment (e.g., computers).

Students are responsible for ensuring their personal equipment is in working condition.


15. Program Change Policy

ATD Solution reserves the right to reschedule, change, or cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances.


16. Privacy Policy

By submitting this form, you agree that ATD will collect and process your personal data for communication, administration, updates, services, and other reasonable purposes.
