3. Confirmation of Registration
Course confirmation and details will be sent prior to the course.
4. Cameras-On Requirements for Synchronous E-Learning
It is required that your camera is operational and you are visible on camera during the class.
5. Payment Terms
Full payment must be made prior to the course. Certification or exam voucher will be issued upon full payment.
6. Withdrawal, Substitutions and Postponement
For withdrawal, please fill in the soft copy of the Course Withdrawal Form and return the completed form to email@example.com
For withdrawal received more than 10 working days prior to the course:
• 0% cancellation fee will apply.
For withdrawal received less than 5 working days prior to the course:
• 50% cancellation fee will apply.
For withdrawal received less than 3 working days prior to the course:
• 70% cancellation fee will apply.
For withdrawal received within 24 hours of the course:
• 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Substitutes are welcomed at no additional charge. Enrolment form must be received at least 5 working days prior to the current course commencements date.
Postponement is allowed at no additional charge. The postponement request must be received at least 5 working days before the class. Participants need to provide reasons on the postpone.
For appeals against assessment results, candidates are required to complete a formal appeal form within 14 working days after the release of exam results.
A non-refundable appeal fee should accompany the appeal form:
• S$50.00 exclude GST
Notification on the outcome of the appeal will be within 16 working days from the date of receipt of appeal via email.
8. Feedback and Complaint
Participant who wishes to make a complaint or give feedback must fill in the General Feedback form.
Participant will receive acknowledgement email upon receipt of this form. Feedback or complaint will be referred to the relevant department for resolution. The notification on the outcome will be via email within 14 working days from receipt of the completed feedback form.

9. Intellectual Property
All Intellectual Property Rights in the Course Materials, Synchronous E-Learning and the speeches made by trainers at the Taught Courses are, and remain, the intellectual property of ATD Solution (S) Pte Ltd
You are not authorized to: -
(i) Copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-license, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Course Materials without prior written permission.
(ii) Record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means the Synchronous E-Learning or Taught Course given
(iii) Use the Course Materials in the provision of any other course or training whether given by us or any third-party trainer;
(iv) Remove any copyright, trademarks or other notice of ATD Solution on the Course Materials;
(v) Modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer (save to the extent permitted by law) any software forming part of the Synchronous E-Learning.
ATD Solution will not be responsible for any damage resulting from any computer viruses arising from software installed on customer computer systems.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provision shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
ATD Solution bears no responsibility for the student’s equipment (e.g., computer, modem, internet connection, speakers, webcam, microphones and bandwidth).
You are exclusively responsible for the condition of your personal equipment prior to attending the Synchronous E-Learning.
13. Program Change Policy
ATD Solution reserves the right to reschedule, make changes to the program, venue, speaker(s), topics, or cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances.
Vouchers issued if any, are non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or kind.
14. Funding Supports and Claims
IBF Standards Training Scheme ("IBF-STS") fundings are applicable for both physical and Synchronous E-Learning.

By submitting this Form, you hereby agree that ATD will collect and process your personal data in order to communicate with you, for administrative purposes, provide you with information and/or updates on certifications, events, products, services and/or promotions offered by ATD and for other purposes which ATD may reasonably deem fit.
