We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will work with our clients to identify and recommend significant HR related changes that will enhance their overall performance and achieve their strategic goals. The consultant will design and develop customized interventions to support organization changes including organization transformation, organizational development, workforce transformation and talent management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of the client's organization and workforce needs to identify opportunities for transformation; and organizational issues and talent management needs to develop customized solutions;
  • Develop and deliver customized interventions and improvements to support organization transformation, organizational development, workforce transformation, talent management, skills development, reskilling, upskilling and workforce planning;
  • Provide recommendations to increase efficiency, alignment with business objectives, cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperation;
  • Develop measurement of the impact of interventions and transformation;
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to address organizational issues, drive change, build team cohesion and commitment;
  • Assess the roles, responsibilities, skills and qualifications of the client’s key staff;
  • Develop and deliver leadership development programs to support the growth and development of organizational leaders;
  • Provide guidance on organizational policies and procedures, and compliance with regulatory and legal requirements;
  • Review and recommend changes to the human resources function including recruitment, hiring, performance management, succession planning, capacity building and staff development;
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and develop action plans to improve employee engagement and retention;
  • Analyze business structures, procedures, processes and the utilization of resources;
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on change management initiatives;
  • Collaborate with other consultants and team members to deliver high-quality solutions to clients;
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within timelines;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders; and
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Human Resource discipline.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or related field; or equivalent strong experience over 10 years with gradually deepening responsibilities;
  • Minimum 7 years of direct relevant professional experience including leading roles in Organization Transformation, Organizational Development, Workforce Transformation, Talent Management Human Capital Strategy, Human Capital Analytics, or related field;
  • Certification in Human Resource and Human Capital discipline will be an advantage;
  • Success in designing and implementing workforce transformation strategies and programs, including talent management, skills development, reskilling, upskilling, capacity building and workforce planning;
  • Experience in designing and implementing recruitment, learning and development, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs;
  • Understanding of and experience in working with diverse cultures and sectors;
  • Experience as a senior leader in an organisation, management consulting firm or HR consulting company will be an advantage;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
  • Solid experience in planning, project management, strategic thinking, coaching and facilitation;
  • Knowledge of latest trends and Human Resource best practices;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving attitude with a high level of commitment;
  • Strong abilities in using digital tools, IT and data management;
  • Good knowledge of change management methodologies;
  • Communicate effectively and able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization; and
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
