Objectives of this role

  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
  • Working closely with marketing to handle enquiries, leads and develop contacts
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries, requests from customers to address their needs
  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
  • Develop new customer relationship and opportunities
  • Participate in Sales and Marketing activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, and customer get-together
  • Update progress of sales revenue, forecast and activities in CRM

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree
  • Customer oriented with strong business acumen and sales driven.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills for representing ATD externally to prospects, partners and C-level counterparts.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively across functions in a regional organisation
