Course Overview

This course is designed to provide fundamental knowledge for implementing and improving the process management framework of an organisation from a business perspective.
BPARS would make continuous improvement possible for enhanced business process efficiency. Participants will gain an understanding of the principles of Business Process Architecture, and be able to apply them to identify viable modification and improvement of major business processes to better meet organisational goals.
Also included in this course is a highly interesting mentoring session in which participants are given trenchant guidance on how to improve, re-architect and redesign existing business processes in their organisations.
