1. Digital EA Competency Assessment

This assessment health check is recommended for the organization who want to prepare and develop its people competencies for successful digital transformation in driving innovation. This assessment method is based on the IASA ITABoK (IT Architecture Body of Knowledge) and its 5 pillars of SkillSets i.e. Business Technology Strategy, IT Environment, Quality Attributes, Human Dynamics and Design pillars.

The Digital Competency Assessment Toolkit is used to assess, measure and prioritise Competency Dimension Factors which represent the individual competencies level. There are four (4) Competency Dimension Factors, namely Skills, Knowledge, Experiences and Qualification.

The outcome of this engagement is the proficiency level of individual as well as the departmental scoring coupled with the recommended action plans to be taken in equipping them with the relevant skillsets to drive innovation through Digital Enterprise Architecture.

2. Digital EA Readiness Assessment

This assessment health check is recommended for the organisations who wants to embark on its Digital Transformation journey through EA. The EA Readiness Assessment Toolkit is used to assess, measure and prioritise areas of Enterprise Dimension Factors which represent the organisation’s readiness to embark on the Digital Transformation journey. Typically, there are between 5 to 8 readiness dimension factors to be measured and assessed, depending on the organisation’s context. The outcome of this engagement is a summary of the organisation's readiness to embrace Digital Transformation through EA, and a list of recommended actions to be implemented to improve the organisation's success in its Digital Transformation journey.

3. Digital EA Maturity Assessment

The Digital EA maturity health check is for the organisations who have established EA as a culture or gone through the Digital Transformation with EA. The EA Maturity Assessment Toolkit is used to assess, measure and prioritise areas of Enterprise Dimension Factors to reflect the organisations’ maturity level on their transformation journey. Typically, there are 6 to 8 dimension factors to be measured and assessed. The outcome of this engagement is an insight of how the organisation's EA capability has matured since the previous assessment, and a list of recommended actions for continuous EA capability improvement. In addition, the target EA maturity level will be presented with the action plans and high level timeline to reach the target maturity level of “Managed” i.e. maturity level 4.
