Confirmation of Registration
Course confirmation and details will be sent prior to the course.
Full payment must be made prior to the course. Certification or exam voucher will be issued upon full payment.
Cancellation and Substitutions
For cancellations please advises in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. For cancellations received more than 10 working days prior to the course: 0% cancellation fee will apply. For cancellations received less than 5 working days prior to the course: 50% cancellation fee will apply. For cancellations received less than 3 working days prior to the course: 70% cancellation fee will apply. For cancellations received within 24 hours of the course: 100% cancellation fee will apply. Substitutes are welcomed at no additional charge at any time prior to the event. All substitutions must be received in writing with substitute participant’s details provided they have met the course pre-requisites if any, 2 days prior to the current course commencements date.
Program Change Policy
ATD Solution reserves the right to reschedule, make changes to the program, venue, speaker(s), topics, or cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances.
